About this notice

This notice describes how markov.now, a Grid Heap, Inc. service, handles information when you browse probability data, request an alert, or contact us.

Information you provide

The contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic, message, page URL, and a request identifier so we can process your request and reply. Alert requests send your email address, the selected event and source, and your chosen probability-change threshold. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Browser and service requests

Loading the site sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to the hosting and delivery services. Typography uses locally hosted Inter in restricted regions, when the hosting country cannot be confirmed, after a saved Adobe refusal, or when Adobe delivery fails. Other eligible regions may receive the licensed Proxima Nova family from Adobe Fonts. Adobe receives font delivery requests and states that Fonts sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. Opening a source link takes you to an independently operated website with its own privacy practices.

How information is used

Contact information is used to handle your request and reply. Alert preferences are used to provide the alert feature. Hosting, data delivery, support, and email services process information needed to operate those features. Public event titles may be processed by translation services; the translation feature is separate from the contact and alert forms.

Your choices and requests

Browsing event information does not require submitting the contact or alert forms. For questions about personal information, or to request access, correction, deletion, or removal of an alert subscription, contact our privacy team below. The availability of particular rights depends on applicable law.
